Presentation of Case

A 39-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of fever, sweats, and weight loss a few months after radiation treatment for Hodgkin's disease.

The patient had been well until about one year earlier, when he felt a lump in the side of his neck and later began to experience anterior chest pain, low-grade fever, and night sweats. Physical examination confirmed the presence of right cervical and left scalene lymphadenopathy, with no other abnormality, and he was admitted to the hospital. The urine was normal.
