Figure 1. Colocolic Fistula.

A double-contrast barium enema in an asymptomatic 31-year-old woman with a history of Crohn's colitis shows a colocolic fistula in the transverse colon (curved arrow). The inset shows the fistula at a higher magnification. The remainder of the colon is normal.
