Figure 1. Vasculitis and Cryoglobulinemia Related to Hepatitis C.

A 51-year-old woman with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection and type II cryoglobulinemia reported fatigue, pain in her ankles, and recurrent crops of superficial vasculitic lesions on her legs. She had no evidence of renal involvement. Antibodies to HCV and HCV RNA were detectable in serum, and serum aminotransferase concentrations were elevated.
