On page 1068, the sentence that begins three lines from the bottom of the right-hand column should have read, "Pulmonary tuberculosis has a predilection for the apical posterior segments of the upper lobes, and the lesions may cavitate," not "a predilection for the apical posterior segments of the lower lobes," as printed.
