Psychopharmacology trials have gone through a big boom in the past 10 years. According to a recent list, there are 294 products that act on the central nervous system in the worldwide pharmaceutical pipeline, and approximately 40 percent of them are psychopharmacologic agents for psychiatric disorders. Therefore, it would be important and timely to recommend a definitive book in this area. This is not the definitive book, however. Some chapters are worth reading, but I did not like others.
