To the Editor: It has been suggested that nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin's disease and T-cell–rich B-cell lymphoma are closely related entities.1 Indeed, the lymphocytic and histiocytic (L&H) cells in nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin's disease and the large cells in T-cell–rich B-cell lymphoma both originate from germinal-center B cells.2,3,4 We describe a patient in whom T-cell–rich B-cell lymphoma and nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin's disease were present at the same time, but in lymph nodes at different sites.
