A Magic Bullet for Cancer — How Near and How Far? . On page 283, the sentence that begins 22 lines from the bottom of the left-hand column should have read, "The resulting humanized chimeric monoclonal antibodies contain human Fc-region sequences, and their antigen-binding region consists of frameworks derived from human sequences and mouse hypervariable sequences," not "derived from mouse sequences and human hypervariable sequences," as printed. There were also errors in Figure 1, which is reprinted with its legend below.
