Presentation of Case

Dr. H. Daniel Clark (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery): A 32-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a mandibular sarcoma. He had been well until two months before admission, when he had tenderness over the chin and saw a pea-size lump when he pulled his lower lip down. A dentist in another state confirmed the presence of a swelling on the anterior aspect of the mandibular alveolus, in the area of the right mandibular canine.
