Declining Incidence of Nephropathy in Insulin-Dependent Diabetes Mellitus . On page 15, under the heading "Patients," the sentence that begins in line 15 of the right-hand column should have read, "As multiple injections were introduced, the proportion of short-acting insulin in each insulin injection increased from 10 to 20 percent in the early 1970s to 60 percent in the 1980s, and some patients used insulin pumps during the latter period." We regret the error.
