On page 1390, the sentence that begins 23 lines from the bottom of the left-hand column should have read, "Serum concentrations of growth hormone–binding protein are very low, because this protein is derived from the extracellular region of the growth hormone receptor," not "from the extracellular region of the IGF-I receptor," as printed.
