On page 1158, the legend to Figure 1 should have read, "Tick marks indicate censored observations (patient last observed with no recurrence)," not "Tick marks indicate patients with progression of disease," as printed. Also, on page 1159, the legend to Figure 2 should have read, "Tick marks indicate censored observations (patient last observed alive)," not "Tick marks indicate patients who died," as printed.
