Fondaparinux Compared with Enoxaparin for the Prevention of Venous Thromboembolism after Hip-Fracture Surgery . On page 1300, the sentence that begins five lines from the bottom of the right-hand column should have read, "The incidence of symptomatic venous thromboembolism was low (0.5 percent), with no difference between the two groups," not "6.5 percent," as printed. We regret the error.
