The Unturned Stone . On page 492, the histologic specimens shown in Figures 2 and 3 were from the distal ileum, not from the colon, as indicated in the legend for Figure 2. Colonic biopsy specimens showed similarly ulcerated mucosa, with macrophages containing Histoplasma capsulatum.
