Video Clip. Illustrative Segments from Videotapes of a 27-Year-Old Woman (Patient 13) with Primary Generalized Dystonia Recorded Preoperatively and One Year after Surgery (during Neurostimulation).

The patient was videotaped wearing a cap to conceal evidence of prior surgery. She had a movement score of 62.0 preoperatively and of 4.5 at 12 months (93 percent improvement) and a disability score of 14 preoperatively and of 2 at 12 months (86 percent improvement).
