Dr. Sequist is director of the Harvard Medical School Four Directions Summer Research Program and instructor in medicine and health care policy at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Calac is medical director of the Indian Health Council health care clinic in Northern San Diego County, California.

Dr. Teresa Schraeder is an internist and medical journalist.
