On page 684, lines 2 through 4 under Methods should have read, "18,176 women received 500 mg of elemental calcium as calcium carbonate with 200 IU of vitamin D3 twice daily (1000 mg of elemental calcium and 400 IU of vitamin D3)," rather than "500 mg of calcium carbonate . . . twice daily (1000 mg . . . total)," as printed. On page 685, lines 5 through 7 under Randomization, Blinding, and Intervention should have read, "500 mg of elemental calcium as calcium carbonate . . . twice daily (total, 1000 mg of elemental calcium . . . )," rather than "500 mg of calcium carbonate . . . twice daily (total, 1000 mg)," as printed. On page 691, line 2 of the Discussion section should have read, "daily supplementation with 1000 mg of elemental calcium as calcium carbonate," rather than "1000 mg of calcium carbonate," as printed.
