A healthy 28-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of high blood pressure, which had been diagnosed during her first pregnancy and treated with amiloride and hydrochlorothiazide. Physical examination revealed a blood pressure of 200/100 mm Hg. She reported having no chest pain, shortness of breath, or headache. Radiography of the chest was performed. What is the diagnosis?
