Case 8-2007: A 48-Year-Old Man with Chest Pain Followed by Cardiac Arrest . The third sentence of the fifth paragraph (page 1154) should have read "Magnesium, at a dose of 2 g, and atropine, at a dose of 1 mg, were given intravenously," rather than "Magnesium, at a dose of 2 mg." Also, in Table 3 (page 1159), Actinomyces and Nocardia should be listed in the second column under Bacteria, rather than the third column under Fungus. The text and table have been corrected on the Journal's Web site at www.nejm.org.
