Tumor Necrosis Factor {alpha} and Colitis-Associated Colon Cancer . In the first sentence of the fourth paragraph (page 2733), etanercept should have been described as "a human TNF-{alpha} antagonist (a fusion protein of the ligand-binding portion of the human p75 TNF receptor with the Fc portion of human IgG1)" rather than as "a monoclonal antibody that binds TNF-{alpha}." The article has been corrected on the Journal's Web site at www.nejm.org.
