On page 1406, in the left-hand column, the sentence beginning on line 14 should have read, "A computed tomographic (CT) scan of the abdomen and pelvis, performed after the ingestion of oral contrast material but without the intravenous administration of contrast material, revealed no evidence of abdominal or pelvic lymphadenopathy; the spleen, liver, pancreas, kidneys, and adrenal glands appeared normal."
