We report here on a 65-year-old patient with severe respiratory failure due to pneumonia (Klebsiella pneumoniae infection) and pulmonary hypertension. The chest film showed extensive bilateral interstitial infiltrates, signs of a "capillary leak syndrome," and atelectasis.
