I don't know about you, but I'm starting to worry about my image. In the past I never really thought that much about it, but now, thanks to the advent of managed care, image is becoming the most important part of the practice of medicine. And that has me worried.

Is my image good or bad, weak or strong? If Steven Spielberg were shooting it, would he choose color or black and white? Would media consultants be thinking that Kevin Costner would be perfect for the role, or would they be thinking of Walter Matthau instead?
