On page 1295, in the left-hand column, the sentence that begins on line 3 should have read, "The rate of complete tumor necrosis obtained by percutaneous ethanol injection in lesions less than 5 cm in diameter was 73 percent," not "36 percent to 74 percent," as printed. Also, the survival rate for patients with Child–Pugh class A disease was 76 percent at three years, not "70 percent at four years," as printed.
