Electrocardiographic Diagnosis of Evolving Acute Myocardial Infarction in the Presence of Left Bundle-Branch Block . On page 484, in Figure 2, the first question in the flow chart should have read, "Is there ST-segment elevation >1 mm that is concordant with the QRS complex?" and the second question should have read, "Is there ST-segment depression >1 mm in lead V1, V2, or V3?" The corrected figure appears below. We regret the errors.
