On page 354, in the right-hand column, the first sentence of the last paragraph should have read, "The efficacy of the two-component vaccine was lower than that of a Japanese two-component vaccine that was given in two doses to children 6 to 12 months of age in our previous placebo-controlled trial," not "The efficacy of the Japanese two-component vaccine was lower than that of a two-component vaccine," as printed.
