We followed for 92 to 99 months (mean, 93) 13 patients (9 men and 4 women; mean age, 35 years; range, 21 to 54) who had received 3 million units of recombinant interferon alfa-2a (Roferon r-A, Roche) or interferon alfa-2b (Intron A, Schering-Plough) three times per week for 6 months
