On page 105, the first sentence under the heading "Associations with Other Diseases" should have read, "Although chronic autoimmune thyroiditis is common in the general population, the prevalence rate is higher in patients with autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type II," not "in patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type II," as printed.
