Successful Treatment of a Patient with a Thymoma and Pure Red-Cell Aplasia with Octreotide and Prednisone . On page 264, the sentence that begins three lines from the bottom of the right-hand column should have read, "Furthermore, octreotide, like somatostatin, which is produced by lymphocytes and monocytes and released by nerve endings,22,23 may inhibit the function of activated immune cells." We regret the error.
