On page 1066, the SI values for serum total protein should have been 60–80 g/liter, not "60–80 g/dl," as printed. Also on page 1066, the values for sex hormone–binding globulin (adult) should have been 6–44 nmol/liter for males and 8–85 nmol/liter for females, with SI equivalents of 6–44 nmol/liter and 8–85 nmol/liter, respectively, not "mmol/liter," as printed. On page 1070, the SI values for fibrinogen should have been 1.75–4.00 g/liter, not "1.75–4.00 µmol/liter," as printed.
