To the Editor: It is well established that immunosuppression after organ transplantation carries an increased risk of certain malignant tumors. Of these tumors, those of the skin and lip and lymphomas are the most common.1 We report a carcinoma of the corneoscleral limbus in a patient who was treated with cyclosporine after undergoing heart transplantation.

A 60-year-old man was referred because of a tumor of the corneoscleral limbus in his left eye. He had undergone a heart transplantation five years earlier.
