Retinopathy and Nephropathy in Patients with Type 1 Diabetes Four Years after a Trial of Intensive Therapy . On page 382, the equation in line 8 of the third paragraph in the left-hand column should have read, "K x (140 – age) x kg ÷ (72 x serum creatinine)," not "K x (104 – age) x kg ÷ (72 x serum creatinine)," as printed.
