On page 218, the sentence that begins on the first line of the right-hand column should have read, "Whirlpool baths and hot tubs are recognized as significant risk factors for pseudomonas folliculitis," not "Whirlpool baths, hot tubs, and Jacuzzis," as printed. Also, the sentence that begins on line 7 of the right-hand column should have read, "Fatal pseudomonas infection acquired from a whirlpool bath has been reported," not "acquired from a Jacuzzi," as printed.
