Recognition and Management of Anthrax — An Update . On page 1624, in Table 1, in the column headed "Children," the dosage for amoxicillin should have read, "500 mg orally every 8 hr in children >=20 kg; 80 mg/kg orally, divided into 3 doses (every 8 hr), in children <20 kg."
