To the Editor: Antifungal azoles with activity against aspergillus include itraconazole and three new drugs: voriconazole, posaconazole, and ravuconazole. Voriconazole was recently approved for the treatment of invasive mold infections, and posaconazole and ravuconazole are undergoing clinical evaluation.
