The study was led by the NationalCancer Institute of Canada Clinical Trials Group and was a jointeffort of the North American Intergroup and the Breast InternationalGroup. These organizations are to be commended for a well-conceivedand well-conducted clinical trial. Their work is an excellentexample of the way in which clinical-trial organizations canwork together efficiently and expeditiously to investigate clinicalquestions of common interest.
