In Table 1 on page 62, the values for the approximate plasma cholesterol levels for familial hypercholesterolemia should have been 650 mg per deciliter for homozygous and 300 mg per deciliter for heterozygous, rather than the reverse, as printed; and the values for familial ligand-defective apolipoprotein B-100 should have been 325 mg per deciliter for homozygous and 275 mg per deciliter for heterozygous, rather than the reverse, as printed.
