On page 478, lines 6 and 7 of the first full paragraph of the right-hand column should have read, "The 1-ml dose is given in a three-dose schedule at 0, 1, and 6 months," rather than "The 1-ml dose is given in a three-dose schedule at 0, 1, and 6 months of age," as printed. The Web version of the article has been corrected. We regret the error.
