On page 1460, lines 1 through 3 of the last partial paragraph should have read, "More than half of the entire cohort of career service personnel had baseline fasting plasma glucose levels exceeding 90 mg per deciliter," rather than "More than half of the entire study population had fasting plasma glucose levels," as printed.
