Superior Vena Cava Syndrome with Malignant Causes . The last line of the paragraph under the Surgery heading (page 1867) should have read "A curative approach generally involves preoperative chemotherapy, surgical resection and reconstruction, and postoperative radiotherapy.17" rather than "radiotherapy.15" The text has been corrected on the Journal's Web site at www.nejm.org. We regret the error.
