A 59-year-old man was referred to our hospital for the management of genital warts. Multiple, asymptomatic, smooth, round, skin-colored papules were observed at the corona of the glans penis. Physical examination of the genitalia was otherwise unremarkable. The patient reported that he had initially noted the lesions as a teenager and that they had not changed subsequently.
