In the second paragraph of the Demographic and Clinical Features subsection of Results, the description of the 33-year-old woman in the sentence beginning "Nine patients (41%)" should have read, "a 33-year-old woman who was 35 weeks pregnant and who had been in relatively good health with a history of mild asthma and psoriasis that were not being treated with medications."
