Mycophenolate Mofetil or Cyclophosphamide for Lupus Nephritis
This 24-week randomized, open-label, noninferiority trial compared oral mycophenolate mofetil with monthly intravenous cyclophosphamide as induction therapy for active lupus nephritis.
